AI-guided, from conversation to opportunity.
There are no long forms in SkillScales. You tell our AI about your work in your own words, and it does the structuring — turning what you said into a market-value estimate, credible role profiles, and the real job ads that fit you today. Here's the flow, step by step.
- 1
Talk about your work — no forms
Chat with our AI, paste a CV or LinkedIn, or import career context from your own AI assistant using a prompt we provide. No dropdowns, no long questionnaires — just natural language. You can add or refine anything the AI missed in the same conversation.
- 2
AI extracts and structures your profile
SkillScales turns what you said into structured skills, seniority, industries, and preferences — with evidence attached. Education-only skills are marked as such, so a degree you never practised doesn't count the same as years of doing the work. You review and correct everything in one glance.
- 3
See your Market Value Profiles
Your skill set can form several credible role profiles — for example B2B Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, or Product Manager. Each profile shows composition, fit score, market demand, an estimated value range, and a confidence level. We highlight the most valuable, the best practical fit, and the fastest opportunity.
- 4
Match real job ads
Live job ads are scored against your profile and preferences. Each match shows a percentage, matching skills, missing requirements, concerns, and a link back to the original source. SkillScales doesn't handle applications — you apply on the employer's site.
- 5
Close the gaps that pay off
See the skill gaps with the highest upside — the ones that would actually move your market value or unlock better-fit roles. Everything is a suggestion, not a prescription.
- 6
Teach the AI what fits you
Give feedback on every match — good, bad, wrong seniority, wrong industry, too specialist, salary too low, education only. The AI refines its recommendations as you go. Edit your learned preferences any time on the Recommendation Preferences page. Your stated preferences always override AI inferences.
How we estimate market value
Market value is a range, never a single number. Each estimate shows the assumptions behind it, the main value drivers, the sources of uncertainty, and what would sharpen the confidence level. Job matches are scored across skills, seniority, experience, preferences, location and work mode, salary, and language requirements — and every match is explainable.
SkillScales estimates market value based on available market signals. It is not a guaranteed salary offer.
